Refunds

Books purchases:

There are no refunds; however, copies will be exchanged if damaged.

Individual courses:

There are no refunds as these can be watched in a short period of time and the handouts downloaded. 

Annual membership:

There is a 7-day refund.

Renewals

The Annual Membership  and individual course subscriptions will not automatically roll-over. You will be sent a renewal notice (or upgrade offer). If you choose not to take up these offers, your membership/subscription will lapse.
